Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package with Care
Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
